Our third annual ornaments season, with our second small batch of pendants, is here!
I love the process of making these mini puddle worlds. It’s a dance of nature’s rhythms: clay and ink colliding in a glorious way. Evaporation, gravity, and humidity are key players in this performance, and I feel like the conductor — helping everything stay on rhythm, while enjoying the music and dance. Being the only ink originals I sell, they are a tangible and wonder-filled moment in time. Each takes hours to create, with anywhere from 15-30 layers of ink. A true labor of love from my studio to you!
These have always sold out on Instagram before they can make it to my website — often selling out within minutes! This year we are opening pre-orders in hopes of accommodating more of you!

Every piece is a unique work of art, from the handmade clay disks by potter Eddy Efaw, to the evocative puddles of ink.
Each reflects the following color stories, but variations are expected and celebrated.
Returning this year are the 4 most popular color stories from past seasons. These have become the colors of the season for me in my studio, and for many of you wonderful collectors. These are available in bulk orders (3 or more).
Green & Gold - A metallic gold base, adorned with blues, greens, and hints of red, celebrating forests, hills, and anywhere else your imagination wanders.
Winter’s Palette - A best-selling favorite, this story highlights the colors of the season, and the wonder found there. The silver base accents the grays, browns, golds, and hints of blue.
Seaside Hills - A 2018 addition, this color story is fresh with promise of warm sea spray, rolling hills, and the coming spring. A white gold base holds splashing puddles of golds, blues, greens, and hints of red.
Beneath the Waves - A shimmering aqua base brings the rolling waves of blues and greens to life. Highlights of white foam and glittering spray awaken the senses, with red hints brimming with mystery.
Due to popular demand, I have developed an additional 9 color stories inspired by the Enneagram series I created this year. These are even more time-consuming, taking almost double the layers of ink! Because of this, the Enneagram color schemes will only be available as pre-order, and there are only 30 of them, in either pendants or ornaments. First come, first serve!
Glacial Volcano: Silver white base with black and turquoise.
River: Metallic green base with royal blue and emerald.
Desert: Gold base with white, aqua, and green.
Salt Lakes: Silver and rose gold base with crimson, olive, and aqua.
Archipelago: Metallic green base with cobalt, gold, and crimson.
Canyon: Copper base with aqua, emerald, and gold.
Beach: Gold base with white, aqua, and navy
Lava Flow: Black base with red, copper, and spring green.
Volcanic Shoreline: Metallic green base with white, black, and shimmering blues.
All pendants and ornaments come with their base color painted solidly on the back, and ornaments are signed
Ornaments going to continental US addresses will be shipped in a small Flat Rate Priority box. ($7)
